Dear Exhibitors:
 
The 2025 annual meeting of the Association of Veterans Affairs Surgeons (AVAS) will be held in-person at the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta on Sunday, April 6 through Tuesday,  April 8, 2025. We are looking forward to seeing our industry partners again in person and continue connecting.

This meeting is attended by general, oncologic, peripheral vascular, endovascular, thoracic, cardiac, wound care, and critical care surgeons as well as anesthesia providers from VA hospitals throughout the United States.  Many university-based surgeons, surgery residents, and medical students from programs with VA affiliations typically attend this meeting. We anticipate approximately 200 surgeons and 20 exhibitors will attend.

Platinum ($50,000)

Non-CME Symposia

The Association of VA Surgeons is pleased to offer 1 non-CME symposia opportunity for our partners to participate during our annual meeting in Atlanta this year. The date is Tuesday, April 8th. Topic and speakers are your choice but requires prior review and approval by the Executive Committee. CME credits are your responsibility but not required. 
 
The symposia includes the following:

  • speaker of your choice (honorarium and travel will be company's responsibility)
  • 30 minute talk with 10 minutes for Q&A
  • 2 email blasts sent by AVAS highlighting your program
  • onsite signage
  • acknowledgment on the website, final program, at the podium, and rotating slides during breaks
  • up to 3 onsite representatives
  • audiovisual equipment 
  • meals associated with the program will be provided by AVAS

COST: $10,000

Note: exhibit is separate from symposia fees.
 
Once your application has been reviewed by the Executive Committee, you will be notified of further steps.
 
Deadline for Submission is March 7, 2025.

Payment

Payments can be made by check or credit card. Note credit card charges will incur a 3% service charge. All fees must be paid prior to the start of the program.

Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing by March 7, 2025. All refunds in exhibit fees are subject to 10% administrative fees. No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after the deadline unless the space can be resold to another company at the same level of participation.
